My husband and I purchased tile for our backsplash as well as flooring for our second floor & we had an incredible experience. The showroom was laid out very well and they had lots of great options - but not too many that it was overwhelming! We worked with Laura and she was so friendly and helpful, and yet not pushy or too “salesey” . I highly recommend this locally owned company! We haven’t done the flooring yet - but are very excited !

Once we figured out that a staff quit we were able to get on board with what I wanted. They were great in giving me separate quotes and were able to work with insurance. The bonus I wanted a remnant Lino and they found something that did the job. I do realize the prices are slightly higher than elsewhere but you do pay for experience, quality and the extra stuff they try to do .

Floor Coverings International in Regina has been a gem of a business to deal with! Jamie went above and beyond with everything she helped us with, When our flooring was in, Megan was super quick with scheduling the installers to come do the job and Billy and his gang of installers were quick and paid attention to the smallest details when installing our new floor!! Definitely recommend them for any of your flooring projects… you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful experience start to finish! Easy to communicate with everyone. No-stress shopping experience that started in store but came to my house with more samples and did measurements all very quickly! Product came in with good timing and in beautiful and better than I expected. The installer was very professional and did awesome work! There isn’t one thing I would change about the experience and will use again and highly recommend!
