Floor Coverings International of Birmingham is an amazing company. From the in home estimates to the finished product, they were professional and helpful. Our salesman, Ryne Strickland, was thorough and helpful when deciding on the right hardwood. He was very thorough about the pricing and process to get the job done. The installers, John and Grek were true craftsman. They worked around the clock and were always on time. They did a superior job of being careful with our furniture and more importantly the cleanup. They did an amazing job installing the floor. It is absolutely beautiful. We would recommend Floor Coverings of Alabama to anyone who is looking to redo their floors. The pricing was fair, the quality of the flooring was excellent and the installation was superior.

We recently had FCI complete our new bathroom and shower tile in all our bathrooms (2.5 bath). We had the privilege of working with Bonnie who came out for the quote and to help walk us through the tile selection process. Additionally, Bonnie and Payton (Project Manager) ensured timely efforts were made to schedule us with their subcontractors. The crew, Jefferson and Bruno, were very respectful and nice throughout the entirety of the project. They always did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. After their initial wrap up of the tile, we noticed that it was not level at the top, leaving awkward gaps between the ceiling and tile in some places. In order to get the tile flush to the ceiling, they had to redo a decent bit of the shower tile. When I brought this to Payton’s attention, it was immediately handled with professionalism and with zero pushback. FCI shows an extremely high standards for quality that mirror most homeowners standards, which I think is hard to come by. Payton, Jefferson and Bruno’s commitment to their craft and true desire for perfection was evident throughout our job and in the finished product. I would 100% request this crew for any future needs and suggest them to friends and family. Thank you, FCI!

I didn't realize just how beautiful our floors were until we had them refinished! After discussing which stain color to choose, they came to our home and stained a sample of each of my top choices directly onto my floor, which made making a final decision so much easier! The finished product turned out even better than I had imagined and made our space seem larger and more polished looking. Customer service was top notch, and the project was finished quickly and professionally. I would absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International to my friends and family. {FYI: For our red oak floors, we chose a 50/50 blend of Classic Gray and Special Walnut, satin finish. The two samples are 50/50 Classic Gray & Jacobean (L) and 50/50 Classic Gray & Special Walnut (R).}

Great experience with Floor Coverings International of Birmingham. I got new hardwood floors in two bedrooms and refinishing and repair of existing. Result was a beautiful all hardwood main level. Finish, color, and match to existing flooring are excellent. I got all new carpet upstairs. Lindsay provided excellent advice on product and price for this house currently for sale and three options. Payton was a great project manager, very communicative and the installers did a great job. Would use again, no need to shop around.
