I recently moved into a new condo and needed my floors redone. I met with Charles and he was very accommodating. He traveled to my new space to bring me samples of potential flooring options. He was very informative and very knowledgeable about condo living and HOA guidelines. That was great. The old carpet was removed and the new flooring was installed in a very timely manner. Overall, my experience with this company was good. They addressed issues that I encountered promptly. The reason for the 4 stars is because the sample that I chose from was not the best depiction of what I thought the floors would turn out like. I would encourage you to Google or even go to the website to see what the entire floor will look like before choosing. I like consistent patterning and not so much the “rustic” look, but the sample only showed me the one version as the particular flooring I chose had both consistent and rustic/inconsistent patterns. To my understanding now, the more consistent patterned flooring I desired was more expensive which I would have been okay with had I known. Charlie and his crew are amazing! They installed pet proof carpet and luxury vinyl flooring. They are proficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Charlie was also a great communicator and was able to juggle multiple jobs to make our timeline. His prices are also very reasonable! Highly recommend!

Charlie and his team did a wonderful job replacing luxury vinyl floor for my 3 bedrooms, a living room and the hallway. The floor is beautiful, and I love it. Charlie and his team went above and beyond to help me moving my furnitures out and back into the rooms. I will definitely use his service again and refer my friends to him in the future. I recently engaged Mr Charles Le of Floor Coverings International to perform various repairs on the carpet in my condo. I am VERY pleased with the outcome of Mr Le's work and I will hire him again if my carpet requires future attention. Mr Le and assistant arrived on time with all the equipment needed and performed the agreed-upon work professionally. Moreover I was comfortable having Mr Le and his assistant in my home.

AMAZING! This was my first project as a homeowner, and I worked with Charlie on replacing the carpet and tile in my apartment with LVP. He helped me understand what to expect from the initial consultation all the way through the installation. The pricing is transparent, and he was always up front about any issues. We had to pour way more concrete than initially expected for leveling and he provided me with all the information I needed to make the most informed decision. I also truly appreciated working with someone who understood some of my needs as a service member with my schedule and availability. The floors look GREAT, they got the Dad seal of approval, and I will absolutely reach out in when I’m ready to replace my baseboards!
