As a general contractor it’s imperative to not only be surrounded by excellent contractors but to know they are responsible, someone I can count on, consistent, reliable, quick to get back to and faithfully diligent with their follow through. Huge thank you to Travis and his crew for repairing my damaged flooring in Vista ( north San Diego county). This was a precision job to replace some of my laminate flooring that was damaged by my dog. The before and after pics are included. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional efficiency and the level of care they demonstrated throughout the project. Their commitment to excellence, even on smaller jobs, speaks volumes about their professionalism and dedication. Without hesitation, I will be turning to this company in the future.

Travis Brown and his team at Floor Coverings International are amazing from start to finish! Travis comes out to your house with tons of flooring samples, which make it so much easier to see what would actually look good in our space. He is super patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy—just genuinely helpful. The installation team is fantastic too. They show up on time, work quickly, and do such a clean, detailed job. They treat your home with respect, and it really shows in the finished product—the floors look absolutely gorgeous! What stood out most was how much Travis cares. He checks in regularly to make sure that everything is perfect and that you are 100% happy, which honestly meant a lot. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. We would recommend Travis and Floor Coverings International to anyone thinking about new floors. They make the whole process easy, stress-free, and the results are phenomenal.

We had a terrific experience working with Travis and his team at Floor Coverings International. They installed beautiful, high quality (commercial grade) LVP throughout our new construction, 3-unit condo building (over 6500sf). Travis is very knowledgeable and attentive, aiding in everything from design choices to installation. Many high quality flooring options at a good value. Highly recommend!

Floor Coverings International did a great job on my floors! Travis had carpeting torn out upstairs and prepped the floor for tile, including things like removing baseboards and toilets and washer/dryer. He referred a contractor who laid the tile and who also did electrical work like installing pendant lights and a fan and a dining room chandelier, and did patching and panting. Travis had the stairs carpeted - and when there was a problem with an area of the carpet he ordered new carpet and fixed it beautifully. He has a really good crew and knows other local contractors to refer for jobs he doesn’t do. I recommend Floor Coverings International for sure!

From start to finish, Travis led this flooring project with professionalism, expertise, and exuberant positivity. He visited my condo with the “Mobile Showroom” —endless flooring samples in the Floor Coverings International van. I appreciated how convenient this was to pick out my favorite flooring samples. Attention to detail is evident with the finished product — I chose a patterned carpet for the bedrooms and one of the seams needed to be lined up precisely, which it was! I am very much in love with the vinyl I chose for the living room, and get compliments on it constantly! Highly recommend!
