Steven came out to show us samples and give the estimate. We were able to find something that fit our needs and he was very helpful in listening to our concerns. Pedro and Arturo (the installers) showed up right on time and worked a FULL day to complete the job in one day. Price was competitive. Overall we are very happy with our new carpet.

Working with Steve and the rest of the team at Floor Coverings International was a dream! We had been considering big box stores before coming across FCI and got so much individual attention and thoroughness that you wouldn't experience otherwise. They were so helpful, communicative, and informative at every step! The entire process was truly so smooth. Installation looks AMAZING we feel like we moved into a new house. 10/10 would recommend working with them on your flooring project.

My experience with Natalie and her team at Floor Coverings International was wonderful! Natalie, Pedro and the team took out all the carpet in our house (2600-2800 sq ft) and replaced it with luxury vinyl plank. Every concern I had during the job Natalie and Pedro answered. I cannot believe how beautiful the house looks now. It is a beautiful warm light brown vinyl plank with 4 inch beautiful white baseboard. Pedro was able to cut the plank and baseboard so it went around all the difficult twists and turns of this house. The attention to detail is amazing. There are 9 closets and every closet was done perfectly with baseboard all around. The project was started on November 25th and completed within 8 business days. It probably would have been done sooner except I requested an extra day or 2 to move my belongings around. I am so happy that I made the choice to work with Natalie, Pedro and this company.

Had a fantastic experience with Natalie and Floor Coverings International! Everything went like clockwork, even finished ahead of schedule. Floors look incredible. Pedro and crew were always on time and cleaned up each day. Can't say enough. Very seamless. Highly recommended.

They are great! Natalie was exceptional in project managing the installation and Pedro did an outstanding job executing it. Wow, they came in under cost compared to other companies and completed the work ahead of schedule! Rock on, I'd hire them again!
