Floor covers International did not complete the job and when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau the company did not even bother to respond. They were kind and helpful but when the floor covering vendor did not complete the job they did not follow through until the job was finished. They did however take my final payment, I shouldn't have paid them until the job was complete.

Good, but not perfect, but what is? I think it’s a little bit pricey for you amount of time they spent installing while I supplied the product.

I called to get a quote for a small install job for wood laminate flooring. They weren't able to help me, but went 10 extra miles and got me in contact with someone who could. Their reference came out and completed the job beautifully. It was amazing that even though they couldn't get down to the price point I needed, they still found a way to help and the work was exceptional quality.

I really appreciated Rick helping us figure out more than our flooring needs in our bathrooms, but how to better build our mat layout in our martial arts school. He took time out of his day to help with the physical labor of this process. Nobody else would've done that for a client. Thank you!
