WOW! WOW! WOW! What a great company to work with. The carpet they installed was in our mother in laws suite. When Bertha first brought in the samples - and they offer a TON of options - Her van is a mobile showroom - Incredible, 100s of samples... She explained the options of each carpet. The durability, the warranties, the padding - It was great. Super easy. Once the decision was made they ordered the materials and kept us informed on every step. On installation day Edgar was incredible. He is a beast when it comes to moving furniture, and removing the old carpet, so fast. The install was done before we knew it and the M.I.L. is extremely happy. Thank you so much for the service - you and your crew are AMAZING, and I can't wait to do the rest of the flooring in the house with you. Floor Coverings International of SW Denver will be my only floor covering company from here forward.

Highly recommend Bertha and her team for flooring projects. From the start to the end of our flooring project, working with Bertha and her team was easy and stress-free. Bertha took the time to answer all of our questions, discussed and quoted multiple options through the consultation. Bertha and Martin made sure we were informed throughout the process. Materials arrived quickly and the job was scheduled much sooner than we anticipated, which was great! The installation team, Edgar and Eduardo, took pride in their work and even redid a portion that didn’t meet their expectations. It meant a lot to my family and I to see the team care as much as we did that the project turned out right. We are so happy with our new floors and would highly recommend Bertha and her team for flooring projects.

I’m extremely satisfied with the entire process of getting my wood floors installed, sanded, and stained. The team was professional, punctual, and paid close attention to detail. Great experience. They were flexible with scheduling the estimate and installation. The price was cheaper than other estimates I received, quality of flooring was great and they did a great job installing. The new floors look great. Highly recommend!

The flooring company turned up as scheduled to give an estimate. The installers also turned up on time. Why am I making such a big deal about timing, maybe I am just tired of on time arrival not being a thing anymore. The installers were professional , nice and worked hard to complete the project in what appeared to be an appropriate time frame. They cleaned up after themselves and were genuinely interested that I as the owner was pleased with the result. I will be interested to see how long this carpet lasts, only time will tell, no reason to suspect at this point that longevity will be an issue. I would work with this company again.
