Darrel, Steve, and Eric were excellent to work with for our wood flooring (refinishing existing and laying new), carpet, and tile. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. Erin and Steve helped with the upfront to ensure a seamless quoting and selection process. Erin provided excellent support and suggestions. Darrel assisted with the coordination of the demo and installation of the floors. The job was started and completed within the timeline with good communication throughout. We couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you guys.

I couldn’t be happier with our new carpet in the bedrooms and on the stairs. It was easy to get a quote from Erin and she was very helpful in going over the different options. The carpet installers were professional and had great attention to detail - it looks perfect!

It’s truly amazing what new carpet can do! We moved into our home in 2021, and I feel like we got a brand new house by simply updating the carpet in our rooms and on the stairs. The rooms look brighter & the air feels cleaner. The crew at FCI also was timely and professional, and they cleaned up so well after they left! I couldn’t be happier.

Had an amazing time working with Erin Raney and her team at Floor Coverings International. They took the time to really understand our needs and desires, and made a wonderful recommendation for our carpet project. Once our carpet arrived in-stock their team was amazing at getting us on the schedule and coordinating logistics for the project. Once on-site the technicians worked expeditiously and effectively to finish our whole project in less than 1-day. Amazing experience and highly highly recommend.
