I contacted floor covering wanting to replace a carpet with vinyl planking and was fortunate enough to come on contact with Don Diehl. He was responsive, helpful and understanding. The installers were professional, taking pictures of my original room so they could put it back on the right order. They worked quickly and we're done by four leaving the room orderly and the floor clean. So great Anne patience that I am using them to reno my kitchen!

Don and his team were great. I had my hardwood floors refinished and stained and they look amazing. Don helped me pick a stain and explained how it would look on the type of wood I have. He also explained the process and was not pushy about trying to upsell or get my business. Pictures are a before and after because the transformation was incredible. Definitely recommend!!

I was getting two rooms and a hallway sanded and refinished. Quote was very reasonable and they didn’t try to “sell” me anything I didn’t need/want. The guys showed up when they said they would and did a great job. Floors look really good and overall very happy with the whole experience.

We wanted to replace the carpet in our house. We went to a few different places to look for carpet, and the prices for what we wanted were about the same no matter where we looked. However, Don and team were more flexible and willing to work to our schedule, so we picked them. When it came time for the installation, Greg showed up when he said he would, asked the questions he needed to ask, then got right to work. Greg finished the job when he said he would, and it turned out really well. These guys are easy to work with, showed up on time, were communicative, and did a good job on the installation.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They came out and brought flooring samples so I could see them directly in my condo. I had a change of heart insofar as what I wanted and they worked with me. They installed the flooring ahead of schedule. The first time I saw it, it was exactly what I envisioned. They executed perfectly and seeing it actually lifted my spirits and brought a big smile to my face. I’ve been living with the new flooring for a couple of weeks and it feels so so good under my bare feet!

We had our entire second floor (4 bedrooms and hallway) replaced with plank prefinished hardwood. The entire project went flawlessly and completed within a week. Don has a staff of expert flooring techs who are efficient and neat. Flooring International had completed our first floor and we were very pleased so we had the formerly carpeted second floor done recently. We couldn’t be more pleased with the total outcome. Don is so easy to work with and the flooring techs are experts in their craft.
