They constantly made sure we were happy and had everything we needed to choose the perfect flooring. They were informative, patient, and always brought samples with a great attitude and a smile. The handiwork of their installation crew was just as impressive. The team was exceptional—true professionals with a sharp eye for detail. They worked efficiently, with precision, and left our space spotless. Their clean-up etiquette was top-tier, which we really appreciated. Even two years later, when we needed a repair on a few floor slats, Mark and Jenny didn’t hesitate. There was no upsell, no pressure—just quick, honest service. Their team came back and fixed everything in a snap. They might not be the cheapest option, but they aim to stay competitive, and the care, service, and quality they deliver is worth every penny. Jenny, Dustin, and the whole team were excellent! We had a big tile job basically the majority of the main living space that needed done. The quote and scheduling process was super easy and they were able to fit us in the schedule a couple weeks later, not to mention their price was very fair for the work involved in my opinion. They came out when they said they would, finished the job in the time they said they would (a 4 day job, and they did excellent work. They even stayed really late at night to get the work done on schedule as promised which was huge since we had to be out of the house with a child and pets. They also kept things cleaned and cleaned up well after. We are very happy with their service and would not hesitate to hire them again-in fact they are coming back to do another area of our house soon.

Mark from Floor Coverings International came out to assess soft spots on my floors and spent extra time explaining the cause and what’s considered acceptable in the industry. He and Jenny went above and beyond after learning more about the circumstances of my home purchase, which has revealed a number of hidden issues — flooring being one of them. They helped diagnose the problem thoroughly and provided a like-for-like quote in case I decide to move forward with new flooring. I really appreciate the time, care, and professionalism they showed throughout the visit. I’m looking forward to working with them in the near future.
