What a wonderful experience. Having the showroom come to you so you can see how everything looks in your home. Nicki and her installers worked hand in hand to install my hardwood flooring and staircase. I would recommend Nicki and her team to everyone.

Great service. Floors came out better than I would have thought. Quick turn around on my schedule. Great communication and follow-up talks. Ron was amazing.

Maureen followed up on our inquiry very quickly to set up an appointment to accomodate our schedules. The follow up was quick and Marty did a great job in very little time. We would highly recommend!

Overall extremely horrible experience with this company. Nikki was extremely rude and unprofessional. Carpet installers left razorblades laying all around our house when they left. Company set expectations they can't meet. Once paid, they will completely ghost you. For a comedic twist, they have family members post 5 star reviews to bury real reviews. -- In response to the owner: You were not made aware of the razor blades because you refused to respond when contacted after being paid, and we had to contact the carpet installer directly regarding concerns due to this as well as your lack of professionalism and aggressive demeanor while at our home. As I advised in your prior response which you promptly ignored, it doesn't matter who your 'direct' client is. Does a claims adjuster ignore passengers because they do not own the vehicle? No. Does a waitress ignore the others present at a restaurant table because they are not paying? No. My mother did not want to speak with you because you gaslight her, twisted the situation as you are doing in your response, even though we have written evidence of exactly what was originally said. You caused her extreme distress, to which she rightfully did not want to have to deal with further. You advised the carpet would ship in two days via text, then later said you told us 3-5 days. You set a date for the carpet installation, then attempted to push it up a day, and have your installer complete a job at 9 am when his last job completed at 1 am the night before. You forwarded an email in which very clearly stated he would -not- be completing the job that day, and that the job would take two days, then you proceeded to continue to say you'd try to get him to come that day, and pushed him to complete a two day job in one day rather than simply being a professional and advising it was a two day job, setting appropriate expectations, and having accountability for when you provided misinformation. I have also been requesting your corporate office's contact information, however the only way you respond is via a 1 star review so here we are, again. There are always going to be situations that are out of your control, and although this particular situation was of your own making, the issue is not your poorly set expectations - the issue was your response and handling of the situation. Your corporate office and potential customers should be aware of that, as I believe leaving loose razor blades around a person's home (particularly those that were left on the floor) and being so aggressive to a customer within their own home that they feel unsafe with you even knowing their address are very serious matters.

Niki is my go to for all flooring needs. We own several rental properties in PCB and she has always gone above an beyond to help us in record time!

I am a condo manager in Panama City Beach. I recently took over managing a resort that has 18 floors and the Board wanted to replace the flooring in our elevator lobbies with a commercial click & lock floating floor. When I took over the property and saw that the Board had agreed upon a click & lock floor type from another company (they had not signed the contract nor paid yet let me clarify that), I immediately contacted FCI and asked for a site visit because the idea of a click & lock plank going into a condominium scared me. After meeting with Niki, she educated me and stated that the click & lock plank is not recommended PERIOD in commercial buildings such as condos/hotels due to the wear that will be made. Niki informed me that due to wheelchairs, luggage, carts etc.. anything with a wheel can tear up the floor. Niki provided me with an ASAP quote to replace our current flooring with a 5MM Vinyl GLUE DOWN floor for our lobbies. The Board approved their quote same day! They've completed the installation and we are now at phase 2 out of a 5 phase project where we're having carpet squares installed by CarpetOne. Niki & McKenzie have both been phenomenal with their quick response for issues we encountered yesterday morning. Within 15-minutes of me calling McKenzie and informing her the situation I was in with our transition strips, McKenzie showed up, grabbed the transition strips that wouldn't work with our carpet and exchanged them all within 1 hour. I have now at another resort I manage, where that Board is wanting the carpet replaced in their SkyBridge. It was the quick bid turnaround time, attention to detail, customer service experience with their office and overall genuine CARE that Niki and McKenzie provided that prompted me to call FCI to request another bid for my other resort. I love FCI and wish I would've found them sooner when I was apart of another flooring project at another resort. Their knowledge, quick response, flexibility for changes/needs is the reason why they will always be my first call to bid our flooring projects. Thank you Niki and McKenzie!

A must for our busy lifestyle. .Professional staff, quick response. Best part is the mobile showroom comes to your house. See the samples in the room, with the existing paint and lighting in which you are planning to use. Whole project start to finish. Seamless.
