I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. The crew was here all day, every day—never wasted time, never took shortcuts, and didn’t even stop for long breaks. They were incredibly professional, respectful, and efficient. The floors turned out even more beautiful than I imagined, and they finished faster than I ever expected. This has been overall a positive experience for our flooring project. The project involved a separate company removing the old tile a thin set. After that though Floor Coverings International Wellington took over and handled everything soup to nuts. They came out and brought samples. We liked the product. All was taken care of. I did not have to trek to home depot or floor and decor as with some of the contractors. I did not have to store the materials. A Large crew showed up. The estimated three day job took only two. This included removal of existing floating floors and carpet (excluding the previously mentioned tile areas), prep of the floor that required some leveling cement due to the tile removal. Moving of furniture and removal of baseboards. Installation of underlayment and LVP installed in 75% of the home. Also new baseboards were installed. A good cleanup as well and a follow up to take care of a single caulking issue was done. So far very happy with the Titan Essentials Chaleston Pine LVP. Shout out to my contact Aidan who was on the spot with any requests. In addition the Owner showed up and checked on the project.

Initial misunderstanding cleared up quickly. Short time to get rug, fit it and bind it and install it. Two highly, highly professional installers did perfect job. Everyone considerate and friendly . Ed returned a number of times to make sure job was being done properly. Will recommend these guys and this company to anyone interested. Top notch. .
