I can't recommend Floor Coverings enough! They've got the secret sauce to being an effective business. From the initial contact to the delivery to the installation to the billing, every step was smooth. Denise was great to work with. She is communicative, flexible and professional. Gustavo and the install crew did an amazing job. The quality of their work is top notch and they finished slightly ahead of schedule. If you're are considering this company, just pull the trigger. You won't regret it.

I’m so glad I found FCIW and Denise specifically. When I read the reviews I thought: if they’re half this good I’ll be happy. Well… they were 100% what the reviews said. The entire process was seamless—both on the front end with Denise, with the office, and the installation crew. Prices were very fair and they delivered everything when they said they would. Most importantly, the guys were VERY respectful of our home and our stuff, taking every precaution to with our walls, floors, and furniture. I hope they expand to everything home related so I can give them more business. LOOK NO FURTHER THIS IS WHO YOU WANT FOR YOUR CARPET INSTALL

This company is well worth giving a shot! They are professional and thorough. Denise was so sweet and walked me through the process step by step and was very flexible and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with her. Our finished product looks amazing it’s beautiful and so comfortable. This company really helped transform our home with their company installation. I would use them again without a second thought!

Today, Floor Coverings International finished installing luxury vinyl plank flooring in my parents' home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Denise was especially wonderful to work with. She was incredibly patient and understanding in addressing all of my parents’ questions and concerns. Her warm and personable approach, combined with her thorough professionalism, made the entire process smooth. The installation team she brought in did an excellent job as well. Big thanks to Denise and team for the amazing quick communication and patience from start to end.
