From the first phone call to the on site work everything went well. It is all due to excellent communication. David called and kept on touch even while on a vacation. The local staff kept on great communication. I did meet with another company for a second quote. Honestly I loved the product, the carpet itself, much more from Floor Coverings international. We are so happy and pan to call them again for our next project. We highly recommend them to everyone!

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. We booked a consultation online quickly and easily, and they were able to come evaluate our needs and provide a quote. The people that came were helpful in letting us know which type of floor would best suit our needs (we were deciding between a few different wood flooring options) and worked with us to understand the process and timeline. Easy process from start to finish - highly recommend!!

I am extremely happy with the work done in replacing my hall and kitchen floor.Very professional. Elise ( the owner) couldn’t have been nicer. She was 100% involved in the entire process. On top of which she came to my house multiple times both before and afterward. It is refreshing when a company makes sure that the customer is completely satisfied. I would absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone who is interested in having their floors replaced.
