Floor Coverings International has provided exceptional service. Their Floor Technician “Tim” work is beyond what I expected; his expertise is well beyond what you find elsewhere. Tim’s’ work is reflective of his intent to deliver “perfection”, putting on full display his wealth of knowledge and ability to show off his abilities in the results of his work. Tim is an artist and my floors became his palette; they are more beautiful than they were new. This level of work is unattainable from a factory finished wood floor. The pricing and timeline needed to complete my project were much better than I could expect of other companies. This company has a true professional who will out-perform every time!

Great service and final product looked really nice. They were flexible and worked with us to adjust the installation schedule when we found water under the carpet we were removing.

We had plenty of estimates from flooring companies all around Louisville but we never heard back from anyone except Floor Coverings International!! Charles and Ayla were always free to bring samples and advice and answer any questions or concerns that we had about our new hardwood flooring. Great Customer service means everything these days! Having said that, I did feel that the installation contractor was in a rush to finish the job quickly but Charles and Tony came back personally to inspect and fix any issues that we had found. A+ service!!

We recently had hardwood floors installed by Floor Coverings International Louisville East, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and responsive. The office staff was helpful every step of the way, answering questions quickly and making the process smooth and stress-free. The installers were fantastic—clean, respectful of our home, and their craftsmanship was top-notch. They did an exceptional job matching the new flooring in our primary bedroom to the existing hardwood throughout the house. The transition is absolutely seamless—you truly can’t tell where the old floors end and the new ones begin.
