Mike and Marcus were super responsive and communicative throughout the whole installation process from start to finish. They were quick to remedy any issues/concerns we had with some of the boards that were installed. They genuinely strive for customer satisfaction and we'll definitely use them again in the future when we decide to refinish the hardwood flooring on the second floor.

Every step of the way was a breeze. We called and talked to a lovely representative. Mike is the one who came over and was easy to talk to and very understanding. At no point did we feel pressured into anything and his professional opinion felt like it was coming from a friendly neighbor rather than a rep. The install team lead by Marcus reached out next and even made an extra trip to answer some questions. Easy as 1/2/3. The floor look great, they installed it within a day and the crew was lovely and made an effort to clean as much as possible after themselves… Cherry on top?! The price was the best one around and they even help you set up repayment through a partner. Very happy with them!

We recently had flooring installed and the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final result, was extremely smooth. Mike was fantastic to work with—he spent a lot of time walking us through our options and was incredibly flexible in helping us find high-quality flooring that fit within our budget. We went with the company’s Cali vinyl product, and it’s excellent—very durable and beautiful. The installers were professional, punctual, and did an outstanding job not only on the flooring but also on our stairs, which turned out fantastic. Everything was completed on time as promised, and the team was very accommodating throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them. We’ll be going back to them for our remaining flooring needs without hesitation.

Excellent communication. The salesperson came out and gave us a good quote for the work. We scheduled it two weeks out to give painters time to complete their job. The floor installers showed up on time and began work immediately. Excellent work by the installation team. Real attention to detail. We went with a cork backed vinyl 1x2 ft plank for a bathroom with marble pattern and a silvery oak plank for an adjoining room used for laundry and storage. The rooms had many corners, including rounded 135 degree corners and gaps around the shower. I was expecting some gaps in the millwork and flooring. The team milled the five inch base to match the round and installed a PVC quarter round trim under the shower. The look is perfect. No gaps anywhere. Highly recommend this company.

I used chat GPT asking for carpet installers near me and got Floor Coverings International. It was after 7:00 pm and I thought I would leave a message. Mike the owner answered and I was immediately impressed. Booked a time for him to come and chat about carpeting and replacing a carpeted Dining room to a wood floor. It was a very pleasant time and we sealed the deal and wrote a check for a third of the total. As simple as that I own a business myself and saw that this is how a successful business is operated. Marcus the Project Manager called and took over the whole job seamlessly. We were very impressed with Marcus who is a wonderful and competent person with a very affable personality. He saw the whole project through and actually pitched in and helped the workers as well. Totally impressive. All done in 2 short days start to finish. Very happy with the results and will not hesitate in referring this company to one and all!

The entire team at Floor Coverings International was a joy to work with from start to finish. We had an in-home estimate done with Mike, who walked us through several options and explained why the flooring we had purchased was not the right fit for the room. I felt confident going with them for the work because at no point did it feel like I was being sold to; Everyone gave me advice from the perspective of, “here’s what I’d do if it were my home.” The team that came out to do the work did an incredible job, were respectful, kept the house clean, and communicated with me every step of the way. Marcus followed up to make sure we were happy with the work and even came out after the job was complete to give us a small thank you gift for our business. I really couldn’t recommend this team more and we will very likely use them again in the future as we continue to renovate our home!

Our experience was great from start to finish. Working with Mike, our seller, was great. He’s knowledgeable, NOT pushy & really listened to our needs & desires to make sure we got exactly what we wanted WITHOUT being a “pushy sales person”. Marcus our project manager was also phenomenal and checked in during the installation process to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done. The installers were so kind & worked so fast yet diligently & were extremely thorough in every detail. Barbara was extremely kind, personable & kept us in the loop with all the payments and scheduling as we had a tight schedule, but she made sure we had everything set in order to get it completed within our timeframe. We would highly recommend everyone single person from this company!
