I had a fantastic experience working with Vincenzo. He really took the time to help me understand all the possible flooring solutions for my walkout basement. Vincenzo ordered and brought various samples several times so I could see how they would look in the actual space. He even arranged asbestos testing to make sure everything was handled safely and correctly. He is patient, very professional, and always a pleasure to deal with. I appreciated his clear explanations, responsiveness, and genuine care in making sure I felt confident in my decisions. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a thoughtful and kind approach. Highly recommended!

Vincenzo and team was awesome to work with. They were reasonably priced, timely and communicative. Christian, their project manager reached out to me A few days before we were to have our wood floors sanded and finished, He called to go over the project. He kept in touch all through the process with photos and updates and answered all my questions. The floors look like new. I would recommend them highly!

Found FCI online and reached out to schedule a free consultation because we wanted runners for our stairs. From the moment Vincenzo showed up at our scheduled appt everything was fast, efficient, and promising for what kind of work we would be getting. He brought swatches to the consultation and helped us decide on quality and the type of carpet that would best suit our home. The finished work was equally amazing and we love love love how everything looks! Super meticulous and thorough on all 3 of our stairways and we really enjoyed how easy the whole process was with the best outcome. Seriously can’t recommend the place enough!!!!
