We’re so happy with the work Floor Coverings International of Bowie did in our den. The new flooring looks great, works better for my office chair and workouts, and is easy to clean. The whole team—from Ramsey and Caryl to Cris, Meg, and the installers—were professional, respectful, and on time. They asked thoughtful questions to understand how we use the space and gave smart recommendations that fit our needs. They knew the product line well and explained our options clearly. I really appreciated the visualizer that showed how the floors would look in our space. No guessing. After the install, they came back 10 days later for a quick, no-pressure check-in to make sure we were still happy. That meant a lot. We felt listened to and cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend and would absolutely use them again. Thanks again to the whole team!

FCI (Ramsey, Cris, Derek) are amazing and did an excellent job on our floors. The overall experience was customer centered and exceeded expectations. This company did a wonderful job replacing the carpet in my bedroom with luxury vinyl that looks just like hardwood. The team was fast, efficient, and even moved the furniture without requiring me to empty the whole room. While I’m sure there may have been less expensive options, the excellent outcome and outstanding customer service made it well worth it. The owner Mr. Moorman as well as Cris, the project manager, were responsive and always so respectful and informative.

Wow. After visiting multiple floor stores, and talking with several contractors and companies. It wasn’t until my wife and I sat with Ramsey at Floor Coverings International that we felt a huge relief. The time spent with us explaining the different materials, styles, pros and cons of floors, we felt so much more prepared and equipped to take the next steps. The flooring samples on hand, the digital imaging, and mere competency change our entire experience. The patience helped us to NOT feel as if we were sitting in front of a used car salesman ( like the other contractors) being sold something to just close the deal. This was a large job and major investment and we want to make the best decision and Ramsey and his team made my family feel completely involved informed and comfortable. This was indeed our very best experience with a flooring company. Ever. Thanks again floor coverings international.

Floor Coverings International of Bowie ("FCIOB") recently installed a section of my hardwood flooring. The installers were on time, and finished the job in a timely manner. The floor installation was done to my satisfaction and I was pleased with the results. FCITOB's representative Ramsey Moorman stayed in communication with me throughout the process.
