Excellent customer service—went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Crew was very professional and did a great job with the install of our new flooring. We live in an older Chicago home with hardwood floors that squeaked almost everywhere you walked. They installed new flooring and were able to resolve the squeaking issue, and the new flooring looks beautiful! Couldn’t be happier.

Jeff and his crew were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process from bringing floor samples to my business, making sure the job would be within my budget, and even came and cleaned the floors after the installation to make sure I opened on Monday with a brand new beautiful floor. Out of all the flooring companies I have used throughout the years, I know I’ll never have to call another contractor as I have found “my guy”.

We were very pleased with the work from the first phone call to set up an estimate to the final inspection of the completed job three weeks later. We were kept up to date on the progress along the timeline. Installers were very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Finally it was reasonably priced.

I was very pleased with my new kitchen floor I found this company in Alsip to be reliable, professional and competent. I will use them again in the future. The owner was such a pleasure to deal with, and the installer was hard working and knowledgeable, I would ask for the same installer again .

This company was awesome they were fair and made you feel like a family member the crew was on time and done a fabulous job on 3 bedrooms they even went the extra mile to help me move some furniture after the owner saw I couldn’t stand or walk very well and they didn’t have too I would recommend them to anyone needing awesome flooring work you’ll be pleasantly pleased

Jeff Atwell was a wonderful find! It is such a convenient way to shop for carpets - Jeff’s van is full of carpet samples. If he doesn’t have what you are looking for on his van Jeff can find it and bring it. The carpet arrived quickly and his installers were polite and efficient. They did a very professional job. I would never go back to a store! Menards doesn’t have installers so you have to find your own installers so skip them and call floor coverings international.

Jeff and his team are professional and keep to their deadlines. Their price is fantastic in a very competitive industry. Did you know, they evem moved my furniture out of my rooms for me? Excellent experience from start to finish. Jeff handled everything from consultation to follow ups and final work through, Art did amazing work to finish the in under three days. The whole process was extremely efficient and took under two or three weeks. FCI also has some of the best flooring selection in the region or country, including sustainable and healthy products like Marmoleum.
