My sister and I collaborated with FCI to put new engineered hardwood floors in our mom’s place. The catch: Mom is 80+ years old and neither of us kids live in the area! We were anxious about how the process would work and how much stress it would put on Mom. We should not have worried. The FCI team handled everything and did a great job of making Mom comfortable with the process. They were professional, clean and courteous, and the finished product is outstanding. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We had an emergency situation and needed to replace the carpets in our entire house on very short notice. Floor Coverings International (Northwest Michigan) was incredibly helpful in making it happen quickly and smoothly. Their team was professional, responsive, and efficient throughout the process. The price was also very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Overall, we’re extremely happy with their service and the quality of the work. Highly recommended!

We had LVP installed by Floor Coverings International of NW Michigan a few months ago. It was a fabulous experience and we decided to replace our funky carpet upstairs and on the staircase. Again, another great experience. Mikka Davis organized our carpet order as well as the timing/scheduling for installation. She checked in to let us know the status of our order and always let us know she was available for any questions or concerns. Mikka is a rock star! Our carpet installer, Harry, worked his magic in our misshapen floors and walls and wonky angles in the closets. Harry went above and beyond regular old carpet installation! Mikka came back to our condo a few days after Harry was done (he totally cleaned up after himself!) to make sure everything was done to the company’s highest standards. We are so pleased with the excellent service, products, installation and follow up with both our LVP and carpet that Flooring International of NW Michigan provided.

We just had a huge living space in ou basement done by Floor Coverings International of Northwest International , I’m very happy with the results, it went from being a dungeon, where my children hated to go to a beautiful space. The whole experience was seamless , I saw the ad online , read the reviews and asked for more information, I was contacted right away by the sales person Mr. Aaron Cole. He came to our house with floor samples, gave me an estimate. I liked their reliability, after having so much bad experiences with handyman in the area, some even taking our money and disappearing . So I went ahead with the project, and couldn’t be happier, they ordered our floor, the week after, the installer was here, Mr. Paul Mann, very knowledgeable about installations and let’s not forget about the installation coordinator Mikka Davis who guided us through the scheduling and the whole project. Everything went seamless , it was done ahead of schedule, then we had the walk through with Mikka and Kelly the owner. I can’t emphasize enough how happy I am with this project, they really took care of us from the beginning to finish, I highly recommend Floor Covering International of Northwest Michigan . What a great all around experience. I saw their ad on Facebook and took a chance. I got a call back in the morning. From that initial contact, Floor Coverings International of NW Michigan Flooring did what they said would do and when they said they’d do it. I got a call or text an hour before anyone from the company was coming to our condo. What a pleasure, as tradespeople in our small northern Michigan community are known for not returning calls, not showing up after making an appointment to come over and charging totally ridiculous prices for mediocre work. The estimate for LVP came in a few thousand (yes, that’s correct) dollars less than the 2 estimates we had done previously. Paul, the installer, worked like crazy completing our project and did an amazing job. From the owner Jeff (who came through for the final inspection) to the first person who called me after I responded to the Facebook ad and everyone in between, we were treated respectfully and with courtesy. We’re now going to have Aaron come back to measure our second floor and stairs for carpet. We’re totally happy with our decision to use this company and will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors. A+++

These people were amazing! We had ordered new carpet from Lowe’s in May. They screwed up our pad order and now we were down to two weeks to have it all installed. After 6 weeks, they told us we couldn’t get it installed until September!!!! Called Mikka from Floor Coverings and the next day, picked up our carpet, brought padding with them and had it all installed and cleaned up the next day. Now THATS service and boy do our floors look amazing.

We were extremely pleased with the efficient service, product quality and expert workmanship of Floor Coverings International. Aaron came to our home to assess a disastrous installation by another company. He was extremely knowledgeable and presented us with options for padding and carpet style that were much more conducive to our needs. We were able to schedule installation at our convenience. Don, the installer, was experienced and meticulous. Mikka, coordinated the project and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the job. Jeff, the owner, followed up with a visit and inspection.We would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for any type of flooring.
