Joke of a company. Scheduled a consultation for a Saturday, they called back to reschedule me to Sunday, then THEY DIDNT SHOW UP. Then I called and was asked if I’d be willing to reschedule again, going to a competent company, you guys suck.

I recently had Floor Coverings International install new carpet in my basement and along the stairs, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Matt, our salesman, was fantastic throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Matt was incredibly attentive to all my requests and ensured that every detail was taken care of. The team worked efficiently, completing the installation in a timely manner without compromising on quality. What really impressed me was how thoroughly they cleaned up after the job was done – it was as if they were never there, except for the beautiful new carpet!
