We're very happy with our new hardwood and carpet floors. Nancy was very helpful in selecting color options for flooring, and installers were friendly and did great work. Communication was good throughout the process.

I didn’t want an ordinary floor pattern in my kitchen but I was having trouble conveying that to many other flooring companies I visited Nancy came out to our home with samples and really helped me come up with something different. I have a harringbone pattern done with vinyl planks. It’s so much more than I expected. From start to finish the project was was easy. The crew that did it was professional and hard working I cannot say enough. We are happy campers!

Nancy was great to work with. She made the daunting task fun. The guys were efficient and neat, leaving the space in great shape. When they needed to make corrections they were great about coming back in a timely manner to make the corrections.

We were at our level of flustration when we called Brian at Floor Covering International. We had an addition to our house that was uneven and after several attempts to replace our wood floor only ended bad costing a lot of money. Brian came in and tested the moisture and gave us options to our unique situation. The company was empathetic, resonable in cost and very perfessional. They were on time and finished the job early from their time line, I would recomend this company to anyone thinking of upgrading or fixing a problem floor area in your home! The ending results meet our expectations and then some.

We now have 2 beautiful rooms of new wood flooring as well as our large living room with new carpet. Nancy and her crew definitely accomplished what was agreed on and exceeded on our expectations. Very good job guys!
