Helmut was so patient in coordinating with us, in our unique situation, as we reached out to him for our new construction home *before* we had closed on it. We wanted to have the flooring redone in a tight timeline: after we closed but before we moved in our furniture. Helmut was extremely and professionally communicative as we navigated through our decision-making process and he got everything done within our timeline! We had the distinct pleasure of working with Helmut and his company to have our master bathroom tile replaced. We are in the process of remodeling the bath and the color just needed changing, according to my wife. Helmut came out, brought samples, told us what the job would entail and gave us a very reasonable quote for the entire job. We contracted with him and could not be more pleased. His workers were prompt, thorough, and did a great job of cleaning up the room upon completion. We have nothing but praise for Helmut and Floor Coverings International in Central Charlotte.
