Dan was very accommodating to our schedule. He came after hours to show us the flooring materials and explained each different type of flooring in a way that was easy to understand. The process of ordering the materials was very easy. I had the material delivered to my home as I was doing the install myself. The delivery of the material was on time.Dan was great in assisting with explaining the different aspects and tools that I would need for the install. The material that was chosen was very easy to install and looks great in my home. When I decide to do the rest of my home I will definitely be calling Dan.

I really wanted to have a good experience with this handyman service, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. Communication was inconsistent, and it was difficult to get clear timelines or updates. There were multiple delays, and some of the work that was completed felt rushed or unfinished. While the technician was polite, the overall professionalism and attention to detail didn’t meet my expectations. I also felt that the pricing wasn’t very transparent—what was initially quoted didn’t reflect the final invoice. I appreciate that running a small business comes with challenges, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t feel confident recommending this service to others. I hope they’re able to improve in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with this handyman company. From the start, communication was poor — they were difficult to reach, frequently rescheduled at the last minute, and didn’t show up when promised. When they finally did arrive, they were rude and dismissive, making the whole interaction uncomfortable. I expect a basic level of professionalism and reliability, but unfortunately, this company delivered neither. I won’t be using their services again and can’t recommend them to others.

I scheduled an appointment with this company and took time out of my day to be home for them. Unfortunately, they never showed up, and didn’t even bother to call or message to let me know. I had my dog confined all day just to make sure everything went smoothly, which was completely unnecessary in the end. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I won’t be reaching out to them again.

I hired this company for a flooring project and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. After the initial consultation, the work was significantly delayed with very little communication. There were long periods where I received no updates, and follow-up attempts often went unanswered. Despite multiple reassurances, the job was never completed. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of follow-through and accountability made the process extremely difficult. I eventually had to consider other options to finish the work. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer service and project management moving forward.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The installation was rushed and the quality of the flooring is poor — several boards were uneven and started lifting within weeks. Communication was frustrating; calls and emails went unanswered for days. When I finally reached someone, they were dismissive instead of helpful. For the amount I paid, I expected professional work, but instead I’m left with a floor that already looks worn. I would not recommend this company.

Highly recommend this company. It is a locally owned small business. Dan is extremely responsive and attentive and made the experience of choosing the carpet and installation easy, pleasant and efficient. We are extremely happy with the result!
