We would highly recommend this company. Our designer, Donnie, was able to match our current flooring, even though we had been told by another company that it was unavailable! He was very professional and a delight to work with. The installers were also professional and did a fantastic job, taking care not to damage anything during the installation, and they made sure we were happy with it before they left the premises. Great experience all around!

We had a wonderful experience with FCI and the team that came to install our floors. Tegan walked us through the process and helped us select the floors that would be best for our home, pets, and lifestyle. The install team was quick and efficient, handling issues with professionalism and quick expertise. It was cold, raining, and a miserable day, but they left the house in pristine condition. Considering it was winter, they left the yard in the best condition possible, and any debris left was so minor that it was no big deal for us to clean up the next day.
