Still waiting for them to finish floors from October. Do not pay until you're completely sure everything is complete cause once you pay they will no longer respond. Called office from another number and left a voice mail about other service needing done and that's the only way he will answer, is if he thinks you're a new customer, advised of the issue said he'd have it ordered and be out within 2 days. No updates, never came out, which was expected saying since October he's not been responding or trying to resolve issue.

We had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International. We had a tile floor taken out and LVP installed in over 1300+ square feet of our primary floor. The LVP was laid over a new plywood floor in the kitchen and over very scratched up engineered hardwoods in the rest of the areas. The team was incredibly hard working, detailed and professional. I don’t have any complaints and am so happy with how it turned out. It is a timeless medium brown color and so warm and comfortable to walk on. We went with Coretec Bay Oak. We also had a bathroom remodel done by this company and are so pleased. We also appreciate Mike’s lifetime installation warranty. Highly recommend this company!

Floor Coverings International was the best choice I could have made, by far. The finished product exceeded expectations. Mike was extremely professional and personable. They work quickly and efficiently every step of the way. I need to get carpeting done next and I will 100% be using them for that. I had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International of Wake Forest. Mike has very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. During our initial meeting, he made me feel totally at ease, not stressed. At no time did it feel like a high-pressure situation. His team did an all incredible job and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them for any flooring needs.

It’s a shame that you cannot see flooring without an appointment. I didn’t need them to come to my house but even to see the samples in the store you have to make an appointment.

When I started the process of looking for a company to upgrade the floor of my new house my knowladge about carpets was 2 from a scale of 1 to 10. It took me few weeks and visits from 5 companies to decide what company to choose. I was looking for a good quality carpet for a good price. Most of the company’s have products that combine both things, quality and price but what made the difference for me in choosing Floor Covering International Wake Forest was the way and time they took for explaining me every question I had and their guarantee of how good the work for the installation and the quality of the carpet was going to be. It’s been over 4 month since the carpet had been installed and so far I am very satisfied with the work that was done and the quality of the carpet, Thank you Mike Dimeglio. I highly recommend this company.
