This company went above and beyond for me!!! I was on a time crunch, when a different company abandoned my job. They came in and had it done in 1-1/2 days!!! I would highly recommend this company!!!! My daughter just moved into a home in Warwick , NY from Denver. We needed to purchase some carpeting. We contacted floor coverings Int and got a call back from Lisa. My daughter works full time and has a 2 yr old child. Lisa could not have been kinder and offered to come to the house with samples. Lisa made the process so easy for us. The carpeting came in ahead of schedule . We are looking forward to working with Lisa again on the kitchen. She was wonderful!

I had my flooring installed by a different location that went out of business. After 6 months of the initial installation the flooring started fracturing they came back out to my house charged me an extra $1800 saying the floor needed a skim coat and replaced the flooring under warrenty about 6 months later the same thing happened called corporate they directed me to this store due to the other store going out of business they came out to look at the flooring and said they will get back to me about the warrenty which was said to be 10yrs they never got back to me never returned my calls or emails. 3 months and still waiting. 6 thousand dollars and my flooring is falling apart in less then 3yrs after being replaced!!! Thank you Floor Coverings Int. For not backing your product you sell and install!!!!!
