I would rate them at a minus 5. They installed a cork floor and transitions. Their transitions prevented the front door from opening all the way. Michael said it was my fault that the door stood over 17 inches from the wall. His lead installer had to tell him that in fact it was their responsibility, they caused the problem they needed to fix it. Additionally they left a big mess in the hall, bedroom, closet, bathroom and entryway. I took me 1/2 hour to clean the entry way and Michael's employee 1 1/2 hours to clean the rest up. I later found they left debris on the box springs under the mattress. They chipped baseboards and did not reinstall some, leaving it laying agains the wall. When Michael asked a favor of us paying 75% of the final payment before the job was done we said we would abide by the contract and pay when the job was done. He then accused us of having PTSD and being responsible for his staff not getting paid. A job we were told would take four days took a month due to their errors. Michael promises a lot but does not deliver.

My wife and I are remodeling our first home and we’re quite overwhelmed with all the different flooring options. Michael was very patient and attentive. With his knowledge and connections we were able to find a tile we are very happy with. I highly recommend him for any flooring needs. We plan on redoing the floors in the bedrooms we will most definitely be using him again.

This was a great experience. I had to move suddenly this year, and three weeks into living in my new place, I had a water leak and my floors were ruined. Many aspects of this were frustrating, but Michael and Rhonda were champs, kind, informative, true to their word, and responsive. The work was great too. The floors are beautiful and I couldn’t be happier.
