Everything was great. Very professional and fast. Installers came on time and worked fast. We are very pleased with the results. We only wish we had more floors so they can do more work. Every time I walk around my home, I just stand in awe of the finished product. I wish I had photos of how the house looked before. The staff were very friendly and professional. They were on time, came in, and went to work. They felt like long time friends. At times, I felt very comfortable with them there that I just left the house while they were inside. They are people I wouldn’t mind coming over to hang out with. All around great experience with this company, I highly recommend.

My carpet is in and I'm very happy with the whole job from beginning to end. Ron Alindogan was my representative and he did all the measurements and I picked my carpet out with him. I looked for "Low VOC" carpet so it would help us here with allergies. We had to work out a plan since the 2nd floor was getting done and I didn't want to move everything downstairs. So, we did Part 1 of job, 1/2 the 2nd floor and moved everything to the other side of house and then 2 weeks later, we did Part 2 of job. Everything got moved now to the other side of house and we unpacked everything from Part 1 and put back into place. Rob, Anthony & Jim did the work on my carpets and they were very professional, did the work efficiently and cleaned up everything after themselves and Vacuumed everything they did! They also took away all the old rugs and padding so, I didn't have to deal with it and also answered all my questions on how carpet is put in! I'm a curious persons and wanted to know everything about what they were doing so, I can understand. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND "Floor Coverings International" to do any flooring you may want done in your home or business! Also, One more thing, they came 5 to 10 minutes early from the start time, 8:00 AM, ON Time! They came in and did the job efficiently and steady and cleaned up and were out after a good day of work was done! I cannot complain about anything! Thank you, Floor Covering International! Had a great experience with this company for a bedroom rug installed as well as a runner for steps. Have been wanting to get our bedroom floor redone with hardwood look tile now that we have a few dogs....It's been on our bucket list but last few years have not had any extra for home improvement projects. With that being said....hopefully spring will better and it can finally get done. Will most definitely use them again. From ordering to clean up of materials, everyone was helpful, professional and didn't make anything a hassle. Very pleasurable experience with very fair pricing for the way they go above and beyond.
