The pre meeting to discuss what we wanted was great. They were very detailed and explained how the install would take place. Very customer friendly and committed to getting the job done the right way. Management was always transparent about what was happening and why. Communication lines were open. Management stopped by several times to check on both jobs. The workers were great and did awesome work. Very efficient with time and taking care of our furniture etc. proud of you all. Keep up the good work. I would recommend this flooring company or at least just meet with management before you would go somewhere else. Well done! John and Maureen Crawford

I would highly recommend this company. Our floors turned out beautiful. Brian made the process seamless from start to finish. The entire team has been wonderful. We couldn't be happier with how the floors turned out.

My parents had work done with the Middleburg Heights FCI. While they sell themselves as family owned and operated, they treated them disrespectfully and made the process difficult on my aging parents. Communication was poor, the install was sloppy, and when we asked simple questions, the owner Dave snapped at them and made my mom feel very uncomfortable. My dad said he never knew what to expect from one day to the next. They would treat them well, only to be angry or upset the next time they talked. Now we have issues with the floor coming apart but they are too afraid to call to get it fixed, so I had to hire another contractor to come in and make it better. I wouldn’t recommend this company. They are too volatile to deal with.No hard feelings. Just sharing.

The carpeting team and engineered hard wood flooring team were great. The owner (Dave) and the teams addressed any concerns I had without hesitation. Because of time constraints on my end, it was difficult to make this installation happen but they could not have been more patient. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International. They went above and beyond and the flooring looks great.

My wife and I are very happy with our recent carpet work . Dave and Ali explained everything ànd stayed with us till the end. Installers were very nice. They cleaned up after and everything was put back in the same place. Thank you all at FCI.
