If you're looking for carpet Floor Covering International is the only place to go!!! ask for the trio Michael ,Brandon, and Nick they have relentlessly worked with me to find the color I wanted --even when they didn't have the color, they searched for more color swatches to view. in the end I found another color, from another store ,that nobody could figure out what company made it --they indeed figured it out ,and I now have it --it is gorgeous !!! I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a return call .they gave me continual updates-- they will keep at it until you are fully satisfied --and I am. I would give them more than five star rating .they are awesome!!

We recently had our entire first floor replaced (carpet and tile) with laminate hardwood flooring from Floor Coverings International, and I could not be more happy and impressed with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. The installers, Doug and Jarrod, did an exceptional job. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and paid attention to every detail. What really stood out was how clean they kept the work area throughout the installation. They were purposeful in their process and made sure we were able to use our kitchen and living areas each night. Doug and Jarrod were both professional and courteous, answering all of our questions and making sure everything was done expertly. The finished floors look absolutely beautiful, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for exceptional flooring installation. We are looking forward to using them in the future to replace our upstairs carpet, as well.

We had a fantastic experience with FCI! We knew the style of flooring we wanted and FCI showed us some fantastic options in that style. We ended up with engineered hickory and had a room carpeted as well. Installation was quick, convenient and well done! Great company!
