If I could write a 10-star review I would. Andrew is a consummate professional and if you have any questions or complaints he is QUICK to resolve them. Even when I thought he wasn't returning my calls, I didn't know he went on vacation but as soon as he got back, he was on it! He even called me from the cruise ship one time!!! Talk about dedication and customer satisfaction!! His team of professionals that he sent to my home to install my new flooring worked quickly and efficiently and my floors look fantastic. I will post pics (and don't mind the mess, I was waiting for my floors to be installed to really clean up) If you are looking for new flooring, I don't want to shade any other companies by name so I won't but just understand I received quotes from one or two of the "big box" stores and their quotes were wayyyy more, I'm talking thousands more. I know when it comes to things being cheaper we often say "You get what you pay for" but in this instance I was absolutely delighted and got exactly what I paid for which was quality work.

Andrew visited our home with floor samples which we used to compare with walls, counter, etc. Once we had settled on our desire floor and carpet, and the materials were available, the team came on time according to the date/time we had scheduled. Installation was shockingly fast at about 8 hours for the coverage: 2 floors, one carpeted, one LVP flooring with a rough estimate of 800-900 sqft. We tried to clear out as much furniture as possible to ease installation, but what remained they handled with care. The installation took place about mid-March. The team was respectful and made sure to confirm the job details to ensure everything was installed correctly. They had actually come back to fix a problem left behind by another contractor after the job had been completed (installation of baseboard and quarter round), which was also done well. Andrew had even followed up after completion of the job to ensure the job was done according to our wishes. Based on quality, attention to detail, polite and diligent crew and representatives, I am rating Floor Coverings International of Central Cumberland County 5 stars and I would use again should the need arise. I and my wife are happy with the work and we would highly recommend.
