Needed to replace our old and warped vinyl flooring in the basement. We called 3 different installers. Frank from Floor Coverings International was the first person we spoke to, and he knocked it out of the park! No nonsense, no pressure, willing to hear what you want as well as make a variety of suggestions in different price ranges. We were pleasantly surprised with the estimate as well, so between that and our trust in Frank we went with him. Day of install went smoothly. Fabio was excellent and efficient. He mentioned two minor concerns (that we already knew about) just to make sure we were ok with proceeding. I appreciated his honesty. The job was done in 3 hours! They also left the house spotless, which hasn't always been the case with previous contractors. EDIT 9/2: During my estimate, I was told one door might need to be sanded to allow for a new threshold to be installed. On the day of install, the door was difficult to close but there was still tape on the floor so we decided to wait a day or two then re-eval. Two days later, the door still wouldn't close completely, so I reached out on a Friday(8/22). I was told I would hear back on Monday (8/25). I heard nothing until I reached out personally on Thursday. The following day (8/29), they called me and said someone would come out the following day after 12pm. My wife and I waited until 4pm before leaving the house to go to our Labor Day weekend plans....no one came. It's now Tuesday (3 days after they were scheduled to come) and I haven't heard anything. I fixed the door myself. Price was reasonable. The floors look nice. But there was a consistent pattern with communication issues the entire time.

Our experience with this company was amazing! Todd, our sales representative, was extremely educated about his product, the industry as a whole, and best of all he was so personable! What a great human being. We didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything. The entire process from sales to installation felt like dealing with a friendship. Todd was always available as well. Any questions we had, Todd was reachable via phone or text. Natalie in the office was amazing. The installers were polite, clean, and worked non stop. I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. The staff is incredible and we are so happy with our flooring results. Shout out to Todd for making our experience seamless; you're a gem.

I had new vinyl planking floors installs by Floor coverings Innternational. After while I needed warranty work done. Called the branch that installed but to my surprise they were no longer in business. I called another branch of Floors covings international spoke with Leighann was so helpful and understanding looked into my problem with floors Coving international headquarters found my account then had her associate Natalie at the Lehigh Valley PA office contact makers of flooring I had a problem with and got them to send new flooring under warranty. Natalie then sent up appointment with their installer. Installer (Christensen) Hope I spelled it correctly showed up bright and early I was told between 8am and10 am being they were coming from Easton PA and I live in Sussex County NJ I figured 9 am but was here ready to go 815. Christensen was very polite and helpful did a fantastic job on floor. Can't thank Leighann Natilie and Christensen enough. I recommend Lehigh valley Floor Coverings Internatinal to anyone that needs flooring in their homes!!!!!!!!
