Chris and the team was amazing to work with for the installation of our new carpet. They were able to help us rip out the old carpet and even take the time to pull up the old staples left in the hardwood! Wonderful job done.

This company makes buying new flooring easy. From the start of picking out the materials till the final install. Chris and Katy are with you every step of the way. As a matter of fact, Chris spent an hour with me, picking out the best flooring for my house. Also their work is so good that I originally wanted to do part of my house but ended up doing the rest of my house because they were a pleasure to work with and the work was great. I’ve gotten so many compliments.

I wish I had a before picture. There was previous old dark water damage that was black. We found 2 boxes of the flooring in the garage. They came out immediately for a consultation and within 48 hours had our floors repaired and looking brand new! Very prompt and professional service and terrific workmanship.

From the moment we met Chris Minick, we knew we were in good hands with FCI. We had a large-scale project, removing ten rooms of marble tile, carpeting, and hardwood, after which LVF was installed. Chris brought large sample sizes of the flooring choices at our first meeting, and also shared an app which showed what our rooms would look like with the flooring (in photos). It made the selection process so easy. All the work was done while we were out of town, and our entire home was professionally cleaned so that when we returned, we could immediately enjoy our new floors. Katie Bryant, our project manager, kept us updated throughout the process. Not only were the customer service, workmanship, and results exceptional, FCI's prices beat the competition. You won't be disappointed hiring FCI!

Overall outstanding team and outstanding crew!! I'm reviewing 2 separate jobs I did with Floor Coverings International (FCI): one was a flooring job, and one was a shower re-tiling job. The flooring job was more complicated, but it didn't slow the crew down at all! They brought over the style of flooring I selected prior to committing to any work and took 2 working days to remove the old flooring and install all the new flooring on the ground floor of my current home. They were efficient, hard working, and tried to make everything as perfect as they could. If I needed anything, or asked to change/adjust any work already done, they didn't complain and worked hard to satisfy my requests. Couldn't have asked for more!! Finished product looked great and feels wonderful! For the shower job, the tiling is smooth and without blemish. Again, clean and efficient work. The team worked hard and finished tiling around the shower in the chosen bathroom quickly. Final product looks great, and the team did a wonderful job making it look so!! Would happily recommend this team to any and all who need medium-sized construction work done around their property!! 10/10 :)
