This experience is one I would not wish on anyone. It was so disappointing and t left me sad about the whole process of my dream floors. So many things went wrong that I have to list them out. #1. The columns into my drive way were hit by a vehicle, we were told it was like that when they got here. Wow!!! #2 when turning off the water to out hallways bathroom, for some reason they decided to do it from the main valve where the city would need to do it. They broke the bolts and the water dad to be turned off for a few hours. Once again we were meet with ‘It was like that when we we opened it up’. Absolutely not!!! #3 what the floors were supposed to be done there were so many mistakes that we had to call and ask for a supervisor to come out. He can and was very apologetic. He agrees to pay $250.00 to help restore the columns and he took an extra $500.00 of our total price. I was reluctant but was just ready for the process to be over. You would think that would be the end of it, but no. When the new guy came out to fix the mistakes and the lack of cocking in rooms, we discovered that in the hall way there was something just left under the floor. POV: they finished the floors on Thursday and on Friday some had to be token up and replaced because they just left wood under the floor and didn’t bother cleaning it up. I was furious! #4 we were told that a maid service would be out to clean all the spaces that were worked in. The service was 2 hours late and didn’t clean worth a penny. Me and my husband had to move most of out furniture back into place #5 which was suppose to be done, we had to take plastic off the walls and TVs, and we had to clean out entire home top to bottom because of all the dust. This was the first week or August 2025. School started back and it was already stressful and I could not hold back tears. My dream floors turned into a nightmare that I wish I never started. To not be shy, we payed close to $13,000.00 for these floors. When I tried to reach out to management I was meet with welp we gave you $500.00 off what else do you want. I am still finding mistakes that were made and it pisses me off so much. We have to have out bathroom toilet redone because the genus who put it back after the floors were done sat it ON TOP of a bed of cocking so no one can sit on that toilet because it will fall over. Go with a different company, any other company because I’m still losing money on top of the $13,000.00 that was lost in this process.

Guy and his crew did a great job for a good price. Blake was the installer. He was great. I recommend Mr Blake for any future projects he is very professional and he did a great job on my floors. Thank you love the new carpet. Eric

I found the floor I wanted online and went to the store and showed the owner and he had samples ordered and delivered the next day. Blake and his assistant did a beautiful job installing my floor. I am 💯 percent completly satisfied with my experience with Floor Coverings International. Great place to get your flooring. You won't be disappointed!!!!!!

Guy came to my place of business and reviewed the space, made some great recommendations and less than a week later, had a crew working the 900 sq foot area with both Tile and LVP flooring. The craftsmanship was outstanding and the service was exceptional. In less than 2 weeks I had brand new floors and was up and running in my new offices! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International Mid-South and Guy and his team to anyone wanting a great experience.

These guys did an amazing job with my new flooring installation. They got the material in quickly, had a spot open up and got me on the list, and Alex and Blake were extremely professional. Very happy with their service.
