Scott was great to work with. He brought tons of samples and talked me through the options giving me his honest thoughts and opinions. Never once did I feel like he was "selling". Once the flooring was selected he got us on the schedule quickly. They were able to complete the work in just 1 day. I haven't ever seen a crew hustle like this one did, they were fantastic. Very respectful of our house and the fact that we had recently had it painted. They cleaned up after themselves every step of the way. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

Floor Coverings International took the carpet out of our master bedroom, walk in closet and office and replaced it with a Shaw LVP that perfectly matched the LVP in the rest of the downstairs. The crew that did the work did it all in 2:15 min! This included moving furniture, taking out the carpet, installing the LVP and the toe molding along the base boards. Very professional and outstanding results. You can’t even tell where they laced the existing LVP into the office and master bedroom from the hallway. The whole experience from contacting Scott to the finished product went effortlessly. I highly recommend FCI for your flooring project. Thank you Scott and team. When it’s time to replace the carpet upstairs, I’ll be reaching out to you.

Scott and his team are top notch professionals! Our home – built in the late 90’s – had original hardwood floors in the main living areas, except for the great room which had old carpet that we wanted to replace with new wood. Scott’s team pulled up the carpet and then laced in brand new white oak flooring to match the original planks. After sanding, they added a clear finish that Scott recommended for a clean, modern look—it’s amazing! Creates an entirely new look and feel to our home and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product! They also recarpeted all the bedrooms which turned out awesome. Scott was meticulous, followed through every step of the way and oversaw the entire project daily. Highly recommend!!

They destroyed the brand new paint job in our house and gouged the walls in some areas. I expected a little stuffing on the baseboards but it's EVERYWHERE. I mean the tops of doors are ripped up, our new stair railing that had just been painted. We brought this up when the owner(?) showed up to collect payment and he didn't care. The carpet seems to be good quality and is installed well to the best of my observation but I don't understand how they get away with destroying people's walls and trim with no consequences. We won't be recommending them to anyone. The account is under Baker. Why would I reach out? I pointed out the issues and was dismissed?

They did an amazing job on my floors! The owner is real professional! I left on a Thursday and came home on Monday to brand new floors! Highly recommend!!

Scott and his guys were great! They came over on a Thursday night, surveyed the previous damage to my floors, and quickly came up with a plan to get them repaired and new flooring installed, all in about a week. It was a painless process at a fair price, with great professionalism. I will use them again!
