FCI has amazing customer service and a great quantity of quality products. We ended up not going with them for the work on our house due to needing more than floors and tiles done and wanting a single contractor for all the work. However, Preston communicated often, respectfully, and was extremely informed. He not only answered all of our questions in detail showing his breadth of knowledge of materials and processes, he also was able to recommend others for our project outside of FCI's scope. My spouse was unable to support the first meeting with Preston, so Preston offered to come back with additional samples for us both to look at. I was very appreciative of Preston's effort, knowledge, and communication. If I have any flooring or tile work in the future, I will definitely be contacting FCI again!
