This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. • The new floors in both the living room and bedrooms squeak badly. Near the window, there is a 1.2 cm height difference over a 1.4 m span, confirmed with professional measuring equipment. Instead of taking responsibility, they insisted it was “the table’s problem,” even though the table is perfectly level and standard. • They damaged the door without my consent and left large open cuts at the entrance and around the fireplace. • They promised to send someone to repair these issues, but never showed up, never returned calls, and never replied to messages. • During the project, they even tried to switch to cheaper materials without approval. • Being late is the norm for them — usually at least 30 minutes, with no explanation — and finishing on time is impossible. • Their way of dealing with problems is either to argue endlessly or to disappear and blame everything on the customer. Overall, the experience was a nightmare. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

We planned to install PVC flooring in our basement and were looking for a reliable company nearby. This company stood out with its strong local presence and excellent reviews — and they absolutely lived up to the reputation. Owen, the owner, was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs and concerns. Farid, who led the project, was polite, patient, and detail-oriented. He and his team made sure every step was completed properly and with care. Partway through the project, Farid identified a water leak on our property, which led us to completely change the scope of work. If it hadn’t been for his attention to detail, we would have gone ahead with the original plan and likely regretted it later. We’re extremely grateful for their honesty and expertise. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you're looking for true professionals.

I’m very happy to recommend an excellent company that recently renovated my hardwood floors. The floors were over 10 years old and had developed gaps between the boards due to climate changes, along with wear and tear from kids and a dog. Owen came over, explained everything clearly, showed samples, and answered all my questions. The work was done carefully, professionally, and right on time. I’m extremely satisfied with the results — highly recommended!

We had LVP flooring done on both floors and the stairs, new railings and stiles, new baseboards (I hate the look of quarter round) and new countertops/backsplashes. Owen and Jen came in with the best bid and blew us away with the quality of the process. I'd say that we got great value for this once-in-a-lifetime home renewal that didn't require moving. So much leveling compound! None of the other installers we've used over the years has ever put down compound at all alone the multiple bags used by FCI's team. Impressive attention to detail. I love the absence of transition pieces and quarter round. (IMHO - quarter round is the sign or poor planning during construction.) The floors finally look the way they should. Each stair was custom crafted for that stair by a heated forming process that used the same LVP that was put down as the floor. Each piece was then trimmed and fit to that specific stair. The stairs are a work of art. The flooring and stair teams were amazing and fully cleaned up when done. We also had FCI replace our granite tile countertops and the tiled backsplash with quartzite slab. The install was much faster than I expected. The process was much smoother. The hardest part was picking out the stone.
