We had an extraordinary experience replacing the carpet in our living area and primary bedroom with engineered hardwood. Mark’s initial visit was very thorough and included helpful information not shared by the other companies we considered. The installers did excellent and high quality work, completed the installation in phases that worked for us given that our condo is small, and finished on time. I needed a small (~10"x10") piece of carpet that matched the carpet in our new home. Roger found a piece that matched and gave it to us for free. The store is nice and the customer service is great. I will call these guys next time I need flooring!
