Great experience with FCI! Communication was solid with each person on the team. Nancy patiently guided us through the sale, Toby coordinated the project, Mario and Caesar did the actual installation. Everyone was on time, super helpful and did a fantastic job. 5 Stars!

We love our new carpet! Even though the process didn't go as smoothly as we would have liked. The installers were very polite but had a hard time showing up on time.

Great service! Everything from assessment to installation of carpet went great. At time of assessment, there was no pressure and my questions were thoroughly answered. The people that came to install were courteous and did a fantastic job. There was clear communication from time of initial inquiry to completion of project. Will use them again.

I choose Floor Coverings International of Vancouver to do my two bedrooms with LVP flooring and they did a fantastic job! The floors are beautiful. They came right on time and finished the floors in a timely manner that day. Great experience with this company!

As one of flooring companies, Danielle, Sales came to my place for a quote. She’s super nice and gave me all information including price matching. After price quote, I decided to go with another company, but Danielle and Tyler, Manager came to me and offered me a better price than others. I also asked them whether they could finish my floor by end of June since I had to move in. After I signed a contract, they called me back that my LVP and carpet were not in stock and I had to wait until July unless I changed my floor style. Then, I changed! After that, I changed my mind to ask them to reinstall my old baseboard/frame/door trim back which earlier they offered me to put it back without charging. They charged me extra $400! And on installation day they called me that they had to charged me another $1,000 for the board underneath LVP or my floor is going to be leveled! This made me freak out! I called to talk to Tyler and Jordan that this is not price match! You tried to get a job and then added up later. They said I had a choice not to do that and they didn’t know that until they removed the floor. But I already known that I need a board since another company gave me a head up. This called scammer, unprofessional, unreliable! Watch out!!!! Also, no one called me to check on the floor when they’re done. They only called me to collect money!! *** There is no one called me back until now, be honest to customers ***
