In home shopping is great, especially if you feel overwelmed going into a flooring store, and you see everything together in your home. Dan our design associate was very helpful and patient, he came to our house several times and ordered several samples and we never felt pressured. The installers did a great job as well.

Our experience with FCI was wonderful. Dan, our Design Associate, was extremely knowledgeable and really listened to what we were looking for. There was no high pressure sales pitch and we were not rushed to make any decisions. The in home consult made selecting the right materials and color so much easier. Jef, our installer, is an incredibly hard worker and did a great job. Alex, the project manager, checked in throughout the installation to make sure everything was going according to plan. I’m very happy that we went with FCI and have recommended them friends and family.
