We spent years discussing our basement flooring project and finally began the process of making it a reality. We visited a number of brick and mortar flooring stores, which left us overwhelmed at the options and mixed advice from flooring sales associates. I contacted Floor Coverings International and Jared came to our home, we spoke about the flooring desires for our space, and he came up with a flooring solution that met our specific needs. He came back a second time to show us our color options in the LVP line we selected. From initial contact to install, Jared was extremely responsive and professional. His installers were also very professional, courteous, and thorough in their attention to detail. We are very happy with the final results and would not hesitate to use FCI for our future flooring updates.

Jared is great to work with. There was an issue with getting the first floor we selected so he quickly offered us an upgraded floor and made good on the deal with us. Jared was great professional and made picking new flooring easy! 2024 hired for new carpet in bedrooms, walk in closets and stairs. Hired a second time 2025 for new floors in the bathrooms and loved how it turned out. When it comes time to update kitchen flooring, I know just the place to hire Floor Coverings International! Jared was great to work with. I am very indecisive and he returned to my home multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with my final choices. The work was done on time, the craftsmanship was excellent and and the job site was left cleaner than before the work was done. I will be keeping Jared and his company on my list of resources to use again in the future.
