We had a great experience working with Kyle on new carpeting throughout our house. From initial selection at our home to final selection at the show room. The carpet layers worked hard moving the big furniture and finished 6 rooms in one day. Kyle then did a final follow up and walk through the next day. Highly recommend the whole team at FCI!

Wow! The entire team repeatedly impressed us throughout the full experience. We had been wanting new flooring for years, and finally pulled the trigger. i have now worked with FCI on 2 projects. the first one was major, replacing the 1987 wall to wall carpeting with hardwood floors throughout; this was a huge project but they did a great job, perfectly matching the new stain with the hardwood floor in the dining room, which was the only hardwood flooring in my home at the time. when they were done the flooring looked seamless and as if it was all laid at the same time, which was what i wanted! they stayed on time and on budget and paid meticulous attention to details that i didn't even know to worry about! and they cleaned up nicely at the end of the project which i very much appreciated as a homeowner. that was in the spring of 2022, and i worked with them again in February of 2023, having them do new luxury vinyl flooring in my kitchen and guest bathroom after the rest of the kitchen/guest bath remodel was done. It is a pleasure working with FCI and i plan to work with them on the flooring--radiant heated--in my master math remodel next year. Can't say enough about my ongoing positive experience working with this company, and I highly recommend them for all of your flooring need!
