This flooring Company is unmatched! We got many different quotes to replace the floors on the 2nd story of our new home and found Kim who came to our house and worked with us tirelessly to make sure we got 100% what we wanted in the end. This took a lot of iterations and scenarios but he was so patient and helpful the entire time. He was also easy to reach and great at communication which was so appreciated. The crew arrived early the day of the project and got it all done within 9 hours, we were SO impressed! The floors look incredible and came out better than we hoped. The price was extremely reasonable and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. Thank you to all for such a positive outcome!

It has been a week since our installation, and we are really enjoying the look and feel of our new carpet. I wanted a patterned carpet on the stairs and a traditional plush style in the other areas, and Jennie helped me choose a pattern and color that coordinated beautifully with the rest of our home. Alex, Ivan, and the rest of the installation team worked quickly, carefully, and efficiently. The results are superb. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Very pleased with Alpharetta location of FCI-- needed a 9 year old carpet stretched. Carpet had very little wear as it's in an unused area of the house, however 2x month vacuuming caused it to stretch and bump up here and there. Eric sent out Luis and Maurilio who did a great job. Very professional and very nice men. Also, very pleased with Eric's pricing. Will definitely use them again.

Christiano did an excellent job repairing our floors! We had some creaky spots on our hardwood floors and he repaired them from underneath in the basement in a few hours. Very professional and the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend!

The floors look fantastic and feel safe again. It was a huge selling point to us that they do the heavy lifting and help with existing furniture. Last but certainly not least, the carpet selections were great and our new carpet has made our home refresh better than we could've imagined. Cannot recommend Clayton, Laura, and FCI enough!
