Excellent company! From the initial phone call with Cathy to the initial appointment with Lawrence, this company has been top notch! Cathy went above and beyond in finding the exact match (which was a big ask!) for the flooring we needed to finish the other side of our basement and her customer service over the phone was great! Lawrence went above and beyond with his in person customer service skills as well as educating me on all types of flooring and proper installation and service when getting flooring installed (we had issues with the first side of our basement we had done with a different company). I also must commend the installation team. Eduardo and Nora ( David and Felix, too ), worked efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend this company :)
