Super happy with the team from Floor Coverings International for their efficient, high-quality work. Thomas was quick to respond to an urgent request to refinish our hardwood floors prior to a strict moving deadline. Within hours, he was able to come out to the house to assess the floors, estimate the cost of the project, and walk us through the process and stain colors. Next, within days, Ronaldo and his team were able to get started and completed the refinishing project with high levels of professionalism and expertise. Along the way, both Thomas and Ronaldo provided education and shared their substantial expertise on not just the hardwood, but everything flooring. Great experience that helped evaporate stress from our moving process. I’d highly recommend Thomas and his team! Photos include: before the refinishing, stain samples, and after the staining.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from FCI who installed carpet in two bedrooms of our River North Condo. Rather than us going to a showroom and trying to match carpet to the bedrooms, our salesman bought the carpet samples to us so that it was easy to select just the right carpet for the room. There were plenty of carpets to choose from and help was provided with our selections. They also handled required communication with Building Management to include Certificate of Insurance, Project Descriptions and parking and elevator availability. The install crew was so efficent in moving and protecting existing furniture, installing the carpet, vacuuming, removing old carpet and replacing the furniture - all without taking a break. We were very pleased with the service and the product received from FCI and would not hesitate to use them again.

Not a good business. The floors were very expensive even for the cheapest ones. Plus they didn't want to fix the erupting floors they put in. I contacted corporate already
