Huge thank you to Travis and his crew for repairing my damaged flooring in Vista ( north San Diego county). This was a precision job to replace some of my laminate flooring that was damaged by my dog. The before and after pics are included. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional efficiency and the level of care they demonstrated throughout the project. Their commitment to excellence, even on smaller jobs, speaks volumes about their professionalism and dedication. Without hesitation, I will be turning to this company in the future.

The whole team we worked with at FCI was great. From the initial visit with Vitalii and deciding on the solution to our slightly wonky problem, to the estimate, planning, and execution of leveling the floor and installing LVP, FCI was professional and led me with full confidence through the process. The final results are fantastic and very happy with it. Would highly recommend.

Travis Brown and his team at Floor Coverings International are amazing from start to finish! Travis comes out to your house with tons of flooring samples, which make it so much easier to see what would actually look good in our space. He is super patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy—just genuinely helpful. The installation team is fantastic too. They show up on time, work quickly, and do such a clean, detailed job. They treat your home with respect, and it really shows in the finished product—the floors look absolutely gorgeous! What stood out most was how much Travis cares. He checks in regularly to make sure that everything is perfect and that you are 100% happy, which honestly meant a lot. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. We would recommend Travis and Floor Coverings International to anyone thinking about new floors. They make the whole process easy, stress-free, and the results are phenomenal.

My sister and I collaborated with FCI to put new engineered hardwood floors in our mom’s place. The catch: Mom is 80+ years old and neither of us kids live in the area! We were anxious about how the process would work and how much stress it would put on Mom. We should not have worried. The FCI team handled everything and did a great job of making Mom comfortable with the process. They were professional, clean and courteous, and the finished product is outstanding. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I haven’t had the chance to use Lori for my own flooring project yet, but I know her personally and she is amazing. She’s hardworking and genuinely cares about the people she works with. If her flooring services are anything like the way she shows up in everyday life, I know her customers are in great hands. She doesnt cut corners. We recently chose Floor Coverings International to help us when we had a flood in our finished basement. Dan Hauner was referred to us by a friend who had used FCI to install lvp in their home.
