We hired Dalia to tile two bathrooms in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very first consultation, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about her craft. She helped me choose tiles that worked beautifully with the space, and her attention to detail during installation was impressive — every tile was perfectly aligned, grout lines were clean and consistent. She clearly vets her contractors who left both bathrooms spotless when the job was done. The finished spaces look like they belong in a design magazine. Dalia is the kind of operator you hope to find — reliable, talented, and easy to work with. I will absolutely be calling her again for future projects!

I had all flooring in my 1000 sq ft townhouse replaced with engineered hardwood and tile in one bathroom. Results speak for themselves! Work was finished in the time estimated. Dalia was fantastic to work with from the first meeting! She was super helpful in making the flooring choices and deciding which way the planks would run (which I hadn't put much thought into). She was communicative during the entire process, and made sure everything was the way I wanted. Having purchased an old house in 1988 and had every room renovated in some fashion (some more than once) I can unequivocally state that our experience with Floor Coverings International was exceptional. The owner, Dalia Debs, was personable, knowledgeable and conscientious. From the first meeting (she came to our house, with samples of Luxury Vinyl Plank) to the walk-through after the project was finished it was a pleasure to work together (well, they did the work). We had received a quote from another company that included removing the old floor and placing new subflooring at an exorbitant cost--Shawn, FCI's installer (selected by Dalia as he had extensive experience with the existing floor, which was marmoleum) said he could install the new floor over the previous one. The entire project was done at a lower price than the other company had wanted for removal alone. Shawn also was great--on time, congenial, explained what he was doing and why, finished the entire job in two days and it looks beautiful. Again, I can't praise FCI of Lexington enough--you'll be glad you chose them!

Floor Coverings International of Lexington was the first company we called for an estimate on a luxury vinyl floor for our basement and bathroom. We usually “shop around” for our bigger projects, however, when Delia arrived and presented us with her in-depth knowledge, multiple options and reasonable pricing, we took a leap of faith. We purchased a very old condo in need of total renovation. Issue number one was what to do with its concrete slab floor covered by a very old rug. New to the flooring world and in a bit of a hurry, we contacted Dalia Debs the day after Thanksgiving, learned a lot from her on the phone and met with her that weekend. Dalia explained the various options, went over pricing and pros and cons and later brought by samples that we could hang onto for a while. Dalia responded to every question we had with useful information specific to our project. Unknown to us, our contractor had a "floor guy" that we were strongly encouraged to use, but all of our "floor education" came from Dalia!
