Wellll last week when we were moving in to our brand new home a wayfiar worker fell and passed away in our living room and instead of calling an ambulance we had to cover up the body somehow. That's where Floor Coverings International came in, we got our floor replaced instantly and it was almost like the body was never there! Thanks again guys

Absolutely fantastic company ! Chris is a terrific person to work with. Doug was equally easy to get us the best floor for our needs. The installation team was also terrific!! They did an excellent job with installation!! You can have the perfect color and flooring type. However, if you have poor installers then your floor will not meet your expectations! The entire team from Chris to Doug to the installation team were a pleasure to work with !

We had a good experience with this company replacing carpet with new Coretec LVP. Whole installation took less than a day, and it looks great.

Extremely pleased with a flooring repair done by Chris's team. We needed to replace 6 hardwood floor boards from our powder room that were rotted due to a plumbing leak. The original select oak hardwood floor was installed over 25 years ago. Chris advised that his team could replace the 6 affected boards with the same variety of wood and then finish and stain it to match the existing floor which was otherwise fine. We were told it would be close but not a perfect match. The final result exceeded our expectations. It's really hard to tell that the floor has been partially replaced. In addition to doing an excellent job it is also worth noting that Floor Coverings International was able to get this job done very quickly for us. They understood that we were without a bathroom until the work could be completed and expedited the service they performed.

I am truly disappointed by our service and sales person Tim. We had gone to the store a few times and were being helped by someone but he took over the sale. A representative came and measured the areas in our house, and yes, we know that they account for extra (for cutting and mistakes, etc), but we had enough extra to floor our entire basement (which we were not doing). When we put a deposit down, they forgot to order the floor. We called them after 2 weeks saying, "hey, what's going on with our flooring?" They asked if we had put down a deposit. Seriously?! They returned our call a few days later stating that it was ordered and going to be the original amount of time they had said when we put down the deposit. Tim was incredibly hard to get a hold of and his response time was several days to weeks later. I went in before closing one day asking for a sample of what we ordered to take home. The owner of the store, possibly John?, let me take the sample home (which was very nice)... However, the sample I took home was not what came to our house. Their hours are terrible closing at 5 on weekdays (when most people get out of work) and they often closed before the listed time on the door. They don't have any people who can assist with a project working on the weekends. The weekend workers, though very nice (would give them a 4 rating), were pretty much a glorified answering machine and only able to take messages for someone to get back to us (we visited on a few Saturdays). We attempted to get a hold of Tim for a refund on a few items. He never got back to us so we brought the items back to the store. The person did not have the authority and did not know how to issue a refund. He said he would hold the items and take down our information. We never received a call back. We called them back after a month being like "hey, what's going on without our refund" and the invoice we received was unacceptable (the refund was essentially nothing) and they stated "A check is in the mail." We did not pay by check. It should go back on the card. Also, we have not received the check yet.
