We love our new laundry room floor from Floor Coverings International. Jeff gave us plenty of samples to choose from, and the installers were so kind and professional. They answered any questions we had and the project was completed so quickly. Huge thumbs up!

Used a different Franchise - but floor installed improperly leading to delamination. Floor paid for was not floor installed - similar in color and design but wear/construction layers were thinner(I paid for higher end flooring but budget materials installed. Corporate refused to honor work guarantee of franchise that went out of business. Spent $14k and now have to replace my entire floor in less than 2 years.

We purchased carpeting from Floor Coverings International. for three areas in our home (MBR, office , and hallway /stairs); the carpet was high quality and reasonably priced.Two different crews came to install the carpets. Both crews were excellent; they were professional, courteous and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after completion. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International for any carpeting installation.

A standout in the flooring business for this area. There is a definite difference between doing business with an employee at a big box store with guaranteed business, and someone who has a vested interest in making a good name for themselves in the industry and their community. Jeff and everyone at Floor coverings know how to make a good impression and deliver on their services.The installed carpet in our new home that has been an active job site, and their installers did a fantastic job at seamlessly conforming the carpet to the more unconventional areas of the stairs and did an excellent job at creating a clean tuck at the baseboard.

I had a great experience working with team at Floor Coverings International. The sales lead, Brett, was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. He stayed engaged until the job was satisfactorily completed. David and the crew that handled the installation were very skilled and did a nice job in all the rooms and the stairwell. Floor Coverings International was able to match a CoreTec floor we had previously installed in our home. They did a fantastic job! Job was completed in one day. Installers were very professional. We love our new floors and will definitely use them again when we’re ready to do the upstairs.
